  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Custom terrariums may require additional processing time of up to 5-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

We offer the following shipping methods at checkout:

  1. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  2. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 (after discounts).

Delivery Locations

We currently ship within Australia. If you’re outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please contact us at zengardn.info@gmail.com to discuss potential options.


Packaging

We take great care in packaging our terrariums to ensure they arrive safely. Each terrarium is securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Email us at zengardn.info@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.

Changes to Your Order

  • Need to update your shipping address or cancel your order? Please email us at zengardn.info@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Lost Packages

  • In the rare event your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a resolution.
